Use the label mode only when the seller confirms the number means body height in centimetres. A child’s age or a CN label alone cannot guarantee fit.
What does Chinese size 120 mean?
If the seller defines 120 as a height label, the nominal reference is 120 cm (47.24 inches). It is not 120 cm of garment length. Enter the child’s actual height and compare chest and waist with the product chart. The same height label can cover different ranges across sellers.

Examples: 80, 100, 120 and 140
A confirmed 80 cm height label matches the H&M height row labelled 12M. A 100 cm reference lies between 98 (3T) and 104 (4T). A 120 cm reference lies between 116 (6) and 122 (6X). A 140 cm reference matches the H&M US 10 row. These are comparisons within that brand chart, not universal Chinese-to-US equivalents.
How to compare body and garment measurements
Measure standing height without shoes. Measure chest around the fullest part and waist where the product’s instructions specify. A garment’s flat width is a different quantity; do not put a flat 30 cm chest width into the body circumference field. The optional checks report below/within/above the reference, rather than making a fit promise or silently sizing up.
Can I use age, XL or an adult US size?
No. Children of the same age can have different heights and proportions. This tool accepts the listed baby and child labels, not adult US labels, XS–XL or a fixed age-to-size formula. For an ambiguous seller chart, use the Chinese chart translator and ask the seller what their measurements describe.
